125g. of fresh cabbage, 1 lemon,
25g. of celery, 250g. of fresh pears, slice of ginger of about 2cm., 500 ml of

Preparation:
Cut into pieces the pear,
the cabbage, the celery and the ginger, put it into a blender and pour a glass
of water. Turn the blender and mix well. Then add the squeezed lemon juice, the
rest of the water and the mint. Mix all well, and serve into glass glasses.
