Ingredients:
250 ml water
1 cup instant oatmeal
40 g honey
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh orange juice
7 g cinnamon
40 g almonds, crushed

Preparation:
First, you have to cook your oats. Stir them in 2 cups of fresh orange juice.
Put the pineapple chunks, honey, almonds and cinnamon to your food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the oatmeal while your food processor is running, and blend until you get a homogenous mixture.
